Five jailed on felony charges Sunday

HUNTINGTON -- At least five people were jailed on felony charges Sunday at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.

Michael Duane Dixon, 40, of Cabell County was brought in by West Virginia State Police and charged as a fugitive from justice. No bond was set.

Taylor Dawn Kirby, 19, and Kenneth Emell Baxter, 23, both from Cabell County, were brought in by Huntington Police and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was set at $40,000 each.

Dejuan Decarlos Willis, 39, of Putnam County, was brought in by the Putnam County Sheriff's Department and charged as a fugitive from justice and a felon in possession of a firearm. No bond was set.

Johnny Allen Rogers, 44, of Mason County was brought in by the Mason County Sheriff's Department and charged with third offense driving under the influence, driving on revoked times two, driving with defective equipment, driving left of center, and pass auto proceed. Bond was set at $30,000.
