Ashland man charged with trafficking
ASHLAND -- An Ashland man has been arrested in a drug case and lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center, according to the Kentucky State Police.
Orlando T. Barbour, 44, of Hampton Street, Ashland, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance. Additional charges are pending, according to a news release. Detectives at the state police barracks in Ashland are investigating. The investigation has been ongoing for about two months, according to the release.
