10 booked on meth charges, nine from one bust in Lincoln County

BARBOURSVILLE _ Nine people were booked into the Western Regional Jail early Saturday after West Virginia State Police conducted a meth bust in Lincoln County. Another person was arrested after an unrelated meth bust in Putnam County, according to jail records.
Martin Woodrow Williamson, 50, was charged with child neglect, conspiracy to commit a felony, littering, altering a meth precursor, open dumping and utility theft.
Bobby Lee Hill, 43, was charged with conspiracy, operating or attempted operating of a clandestine drug lab, altering a meth precursor, child endangerment and child neglect.
Travis Edward Adkins, 26, was charged with child neglect, possession of a meth precursor, conspiracy, operation or attempted operation of a clandestine drug lab, exposure of meth manufacturing to a child.
David Michael Madden, 31, was charged with conspiracy to commit drug related charges, exposure of a meth manufacturing to a child, child neglect, possession of a meth precursor, operating or attempted operation of a clandestine drug lab.
Melissa Dawn Fulks, 40, was charged with operating or attempted operation of a drug lab, possession of a meth precursor, alteration of a drug precursor, exposing a child to meth, child neglect and conspiracy.
Erica Dawn Dearnell, 32, was charged with petit larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony, operation or attempted operation of a clandestine drug lab, possession of meth precursor and child neglect.
Steffanie Renee Adkins, 31, was charged with altering a meth precursor, child endangerment, possession of a meth precursor, operation or attempted operation of a clandestine drug lab, child neglect and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Ashley Jane Dean, 23, was charged with child neglect, conspiracy to commit a felony, child endangerment, altering a meth precursor, possession of meth precursors and operation or attempted operation of a clandestine drug lab.
Sheena Natasha Frye, 29, was charged with operation or attempted operation of a clandestine drug lab, possession of a meth precursor, conspiracy to commit a felony, child neglect and child endangerment.
In an unrelated case, Brandon Wayne Cochran, 29, was arrested by Putnam County sheriff’s deputies on a charge of operation or attempted operation of a clandestine drug lab.
