Three jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were jailed on felony charges since Tuesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Rodney Dwayne Auxier, 35, was incarcerated at 3:40 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony fleeing while driving under the influence, third-offense driving under the influence and third-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license, along with misdemeanor fleeing on foot and obstruction. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Victoria Dawn Daniel, 22, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony identity theft, counterfeiting and purchase/possession of methamphetamine ingredients, along with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and obstruction. She also felony failure to appear in Putnam County. Bond was denied.
Brian Keith Adkins, 32, was incarcerated Tuesday evening. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with felony cultivation of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $50,000.
