Three jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE – Three people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Eric N. Byus, 40, was incarcerated at 3:40 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony malicious wounding. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Michael Dwayne Clagg, 41, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony unlawful entry and misdemeanor destruction of property. Bond was $5,000.

Jeremy Jay Jessup, 32, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony burglary, along with misdemeanor domestic battery, petit larceny and battery. Bond was $50,000.
