4 jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE -- Four people were jailed on felony charges before 7 p.m. Saturday at Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, according to booking records.
Jody Thomas Stewart, 24, was incarcerated at 6 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony driving with a suspended or revoked license, third offense, and a misdemeanor violation of a domestic protective order. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
David Harold Sheppard, 42, was incarcerated at 2:45 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony grand larceny, misdemeanor destruction of property and misdemeanor driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Daniel Thomas Payne, 28, was incarcerated at 12:45 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with operating a meth lab. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Paul Allen Watts, 37, was incarcerated at 4:10 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with third-offense DUI and second-offense driving on DUI suspended license. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
