One jailed on felony charge
BARBOURSVILLE — One person was jailed on a felony charge since Sunday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Noel M. Eskridge, 39, was incarcerated at 5 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Putnam County charged her with felony conspiracy, along with misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon without a license, possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property and obstruction.
Bond was denied pending arraignment.
