Three taken to hospital after two-vehicle accident
LESAGE -- Cabell County 911 Dispatch said three people were transported to a Huntington hospital following a two-vehicle accident in the 6500 block of Ohio River Road in Lesage Saturday night.
Dispatch said the accident occurred at 6:16 p.m. Ohio River Road Volunteer Fire Department Assistant Chief Everett Copper said all three passengers of the two vehicles were transported to the hospital.
Cooper said the vehicles crashed on Ohio River Road and sent one vehicle, a Honda Civic, about 150 yards into a yard. Cooper said the Honda had major damage in the front, and the second vehicle, a GMC Envoy, had damage on the side.
The people involved in the accident sustained minor injuries, Cooper said.
