Man jailed on drug charge
BARBOURSVILLE — A 27-year-old man was jailed on a felony drug charge early Tuesday at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.
Henry Clinton Earle, 27, was incarcerated at 2:20 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and misdemeanor expired registration.
Bond was denied pending arraignment.
