HUNTINGTON — Poets Ron Houchin and A.E. Stringer plan to read some of their work at 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, in Room 2W16 of Memorial Student Center.
The reading marks the American release of Houchin’s “Museum Crows” and Stringer’s “Human Costume,” both recently published by Salmon Poetry of Ireland.
Stringer is an English professor at Marshall University and the author of two poetry collections. Houchin, a Huntington native, is the author of five books of poetry.
The event is also a celebration of the Marshall Visiting Writers Series’ Twentieth Anniversary. Their appearance is sponsored by the Salmon Poetry of Ireland and NSI Productions.
