JERRY RAY ALFORD, 60, of Ironton, Ohio, husband of Joyce Rucker Alford, died Monday in Ashland Community Hospice Care Center. EMMA LOU BOWLING, 72, of Chapmanville, W.Va., widow of Otis Bowling, died Nov. 25 in CAMC. She was a homemaker.
