Claude Dalton, 71, of Oak Island, N.C., husband of Margie Mae Dalton, died April 2 at home in Harts, W.Va. He was a disabled construction worker. Donna J. Davidson, 71 of South Point, Ohio, wife of Robert Davidson, died April 3 in Kings Daughters Medical Center. Slack and Wallace Funeral Home, South Point, Ohio is in charge of arrangements which are incomplete.  

Floyd Garland Dowdy, Jr., 85, of Tappahannock, Va. husband of Jo Piper Dowdy, died April 1. He was a retired superintendent for West Virginia American Water Company. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington. James Thomas Gholson, 29, formerly of Ironton, Ohio, husband of Dana Renee Gholson, died March 28 at home in Port Charlotte, Fla. He was a former conductor for Norfolk Southern Railroad and a carpenter’s apprentice in Port Charlotte. GINA KAY TYSON KARPINSKI, 52, of Lexington, Ky., died March 30 at the Hospice Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Lexington, Ky. She was an Assistant Attorney General with the W.Va. Barbara Ann James Lee, 57, of New Albany, Ind., wife of George Colbert Lee, died March 10 at her parents’ home in Huntington. She was a nurse at Kosier Children’s Hospital in Louisville, Ky.
