Man jailed on charge of being fugitive from justice

BARBOURSVILLE -- Seven people were jailed on felony charges since Thursday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Thomas Michael Hale, 60, was incarcerated at 4:15 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him as a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.

Jennifer Michaelle Finley, 38, was incarcerated at 4 p.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her as a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied for that charge. She also was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering in Cabell County, and bond was set at $2,500 for that charge.

Donel Everette Hannah, 24, was incarcerated at 9:10 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Mingo County charged him with a felony capias. Bond was denied.

William Scott McCormick, 32, was incarcerated at 12:40 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with felony wanton endangerment, along with misdemeanor weapon brandishing and domestic assault. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Jamel Curtis McKelvey, 25, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with an active felony bench warrant and misdemeanor fleeing on foot. Bond was denied due to the bench warrant.

Courtney Daniel Baylous, 22, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $50,000.

Bryan Michael Adams, 22, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was $50,000.
