Three men booked on felony charges Saturday
BARBOURSVILLE -- Three men were booked into the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville on Saturday.
Marc Anthony Meyer, 30, was incarcerated at 12:31 p.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony threats of retaliation against a witness, misdemeanor domestic assault, misdemeanor fleeing on foot and misdemeanor assault of a police officer. Bond was $50,000.
Ronald Eugene Harris, 48, was incarcerated at 2:15 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with a felony count of nighttime burglary. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Joseph Alan Atkins, 21, was incarcerated at 12:15 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him as a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.
