A Putnam County grand jury returned the following indictments on July 12, 2012:

Anthony D. Atkins, 37, (St. Albans, W.Va.): attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of a substance containing ephedrine and/or pseudoephedrine, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, gross neglect of a child creating a substantial risk of serious bodily injury, a person prohibited from possessing a firearm.

Bridgette D. Atkins, 35, (300 block of Vine Street, St. Albans); possession of a controlled substance, attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of a substance containing ephedrine and/or pseudeophedrine, gross neglect of a child creating substantial risk of serious bodily injury.

Sean J. Sampson-Audorff, 21, (600 block of Cross Lanes Drive, Nitro, W.Va.): daytime burglary, grand larceny.

David L. Bailey, 25, (first block of Bailey Lane, Buffalo, W.Va.): delivery of a controlled substance.

Jeffrey W. Blizzard, 47, (300 block of Rockledge Circle, NItro, W.Va.): third offense driving on a revoked license-DUI related, fleeing in a vehicle from a law enforcement officer while under the influence of alcohol, two counts of obstructing an officer, assault of a governmental representative, destruction of property.

Travis L. Boling, 33, (first block of Old County Road, Nitro): daytime burglary, petit larceny.

Angela M. NIchols Burns, 32, (2000 block of Bomont Road, Bomont, W.Va.): six counts of fraudulent use of an unauthorized access device, four counts of forgery, two counts of attempt to commit fraudulent use of an unauthorized access device, uttering a forged writing.

Joshua B. Burton, 22, (first block of Carol Drive, Hurricane, W.Va.): delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.

Jeffrey D. Campbell, 28, (Teays, W.Va.): daytime burglary, grand larceny, embezzlement.

Edward L. Carter, 38, (200 block of Vintroux Hollow, St. Albans): two counts of third offense domestic battery.

Michael C. Cash, 25, (Route 1, Buffalo, W.Va.): breaking and entering, grand larceny.

Rodney L. Chancy, 37, (first block of Ferry Street, WInfield, W.Va.): failure to provide notice of registration changes.

Michael T. Crist, 46, (100 block of Honeycutt Road, Pliny, W.Va.): sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian or person in a position of trust; sexual assault in the second degree; use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor; incest; daytime burglary; child abuse causing injury; domestic battery.

Christopher J. Crouser II, 24, (Frazier's Bottom, W.Va.): daytime burglary, grand larceny.

Susan L. Downey, 28, (100 block of Camp Brian Avenue, St. Albans): possession of a controlled substance, attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, conspiracy to attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, possession of a substance containing ephedrine and/or pseudoephedrine, gross neglect of a child creating a substantial risk of serious bodily injury.
