Three jailed overnight on felony charges at WRJ

BARBOURSVILLE — The following individuals were jailed on felony charges since Friday night at Western Regional Jail in Barboursville:
Charles Anthony Royer, 50, was incarcerated at 12:01 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with having a meth precursor. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Ryan Patrick Denney, 25, was incarcerated at 1:10 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with third-offense DUI, receiving and transferring stolen property, no insurance, speeding and driving on a suspended license for DUI. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Tyree Antonio Spraggins, 25, was incarcerated at 3:05 a.m. Saturday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
