Two jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE – Two people were jailed on felony charges since early Sunday, according to booking records at the Western Regional Jail.
Misty Dawn Meadows, 32, was incarcerated Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with an unspecified felony warrant and misdemeanor obstruction. Bond was denied.
Wesley Aaron Rowe, 35, was incarcerated Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with two counts of felony intimidating an officer, public official or juror, along with single counts of misdemeanor public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond was $51,100.
