ILA AGNES CISCO, 82, of Beech Creek, W.Va., widow of Walter Cisco, died Feb. 7 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was a homemaker. Funeral service noon Monday at Hatfield Funeral Chapel, Toler, Ky. Marion Sovine Howell Cottrell, 84, of Hurricane, W.Va., formerly of Vienna and Milton, W.Va., died Feb. 8, 2013, at Broadmore Assisted Living, Hurricane. Ruthalea K. Dorsey, 95, of Huntington, W.Va., widow of Earl Dorsey Jr., died Feb. 6, 2013, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington. Friends will be received at the Beverly Hills United Methodist Church, 2600 Washington Blvd., Huntington, WV, on Monday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be celebrated in the church on Tuesday at 11 a.m. The interment will follow in the Ridgelawn Memorial Park.
