Two men charged with meth possession in Putnam County
BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were incarcerated on felony charges at the Western Regional Jail overnight.
Jeremy Kermit Dillon, 38, and Jared Maynard, 34, were both arrested in Putnam County and charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver. Dillon also was wanted on a circuit court warrant in Cabell County and was charged with speeding, driving with a revoked license, improper vehicle registration and driving with no insurance.
Keith Robert Day, 28, was arrested in Mason County and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Rachael D. Stephens, 27, was arrested in Cabell County on a felony capias warrant.
