Wellington’s of Scarlet Oaks is Business of the Week
POCA, W.Va. — Wellington’s of Scarlet Oaks is the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce Business of the Week for July 20, 2009.
Located at Scarlet Oaks Country Club at No. 1 Dairy Road in Poca, W.Va., Wellington’s restaurant offers Continental French Cuisine.
Wellington’s is named for Arthur Wellesley, the first Duke of Wellington, who handed Napoleon his final defeat at Waterloo in 1815. Facilities are designed for weddings, reunions, business meetings and golf outings. Private banquet facilities can accommodate up to 400 guests. The company also provides off-site, full-service catering and planning specialists to assist with events.
Specialties include Beef Wellington, grilled lamb chops, Shrimp & Scallop Tower and fresh fish. Wellington’s is open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and dinner from 5 p.m. to close Monday through Saturday.
