PHILIP DANIEL ARMSTRONG, 66, of Barboursville, died Monday at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Highland Cemetery Annex. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville is assisting the family with arrangements.

MARY FRANCES GUTHRIE RUSSELL CENTER, 91, of Orlando and formerly of Huntington, W.Va., widow of Robert Center, died on Oct. 11.  She was born on Oct. 22, 1919 in Huntington, W.Va. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m., Friday, at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Gotha, Fla. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Comforter, Altamonte Springs, FL in memory of Mrs. Center.  Arrangements entrusted to  Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home.

DAVID EDWARD DeFOE, 54, of Wheelersburg, husband of Amy Wesney DeFoe, died Oct. 10, at his residence. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg . Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday.

DONNA DELAWDER, 68, of Rush, Ky., widow of Walter Delawder, died Oct. 10 at Community Hospice Center in Ashland. Funeral services will be at noon Thursday at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, Ironton, Ohio. Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery, Ironton.
