Four jailed Sunday on felony charges

HUNTINGTON -- At least four people were jailed on felony charges Sunday at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.

James Allen Workman, 47, was incarcerated at 5:25 a.m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged Workman with being a fugitive from justice. No bond was set.

Eddie Preston, 47, was incarcerated at 10:35 a.m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged Preston with being a fugitive from justice. No bond was set.

Kwame Wellington Bates, 32, was incarcerated at 2:15 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Putnam County charged Bates with four counts of kidnapping. He had not been arraigned as of Sunday evening.

Bobbie Sue Johns, 28, was incarcerated at 2:15 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Putnam County charged Johns with four counts of kidnapping. She had not been arraigned as of Sunday evening.
