WALDO RAY ADKINS, 80, of Lavalette, W.Va., widower of Virginia Lee Zirkle Adkins, died June 26 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He retired from Connors Steel. GWENDOLYN JEWEL FRY, 78, of Willow Wood, Ohio, widow of Jason E. Fry, died Tuesday at her daughter’s home in Crown City, Ohio. She was a nurse aide at Jo Linn Health Center and Bryant’s Health Care.
