Four booked on felony charges at Western Regional Jail

BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were booked on felony charges at the Western Regional Jail on Thursday, according to booking records.


Jeannie Marie Miller, 24, was incarcerated around 11:40 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony fleeing while DUI, misdemeanor DUI first offense, misdemeanor driving on a revoked license, and misdemeanor reckless driving. Bond was $12,000.


Russell Eren Tawney, 37, was incarcerated around 6:27 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with two counts of felony grand larceny, one misdemeanor count of driving on a revoked license for DUI, and one count of felony third degree arson. Bond was $16,000.


Alexander Lacy Frieson, 20, was incarcerated around 3:35 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony bench warrant.


Kristana Lynn Thomas, 22, was incarcerated around 3:55 p.m. Thursday. She appeared in Cabell County Circuit Court and was returned to jail on a felony charge.
