He was a former principal and employee of Logan Power Plant and Big Sandy Power Plant. ELAINE BARNES, 67, of Crown City, Ohio, wife of Barney Barnes, died Nov. 14. She was a homemaker. SHIRLEY MARIE BOGAR BIAS, 80 of Centennial, Colo., formerly of Milton, W.Va., died Nov. 9 at Littleton Adventist Hospital.
