Three jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Three people were jailed on felony charges since Monday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Tiffany Marie Biland, 32, was incarcerated at 1:35 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Mason County charged her with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was denied.
Kelly Ryan Mcentee, 45, was incarcerated at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony fleeing while driving under the influence, along with misdemeanor driving under the influence with injury, driving on a suspended/revoked driver’s license, no operators and no insurance. Bond was $25,200.
Christopher Michael Price, 23, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony burglary. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
