LONNIE NAPIER, 76, of Brook Park, Ohio, formerly of Wayne County, W.Va., widower of Pearlie Napier, died Tuesday at Southwest General Hospital in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. He was a retired machine operator at Ford Motor Company. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Morris Funeral Home Chapel; burial will follow at Community Memorial Gardens, Wayne. Visitation from 9 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

FAYE ALICE HAMMOND, 78, of Louisa, Ky., widow of Charles Edward Hammond, died Wednesday at her home. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Friendship Baptist Church, Lousia. Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at Young Funeral Home, Louisa.

GARY MICHAEL “CANNONBALL” NUNLEY SR., 50, of Pinsonfork, Ky., died Wednesday at his residence. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home, Belfry; burial will follow in Mt. View Memory Gardens, Huddy. Visitation will be 6 p.m. tonight and at 6 p.m. with special services at 7 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

WANNETTA BRYAN, 54, of Flatwoods, Ky., sister of Steve Bryan, died Wednesday at Community Hospice Care Center. She was a manager at Katie’s Corner. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods; burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens, Flatwoods. Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.

FRANCES ALICE SHEPHERD COLLINS, 92, of Huntington, W.Va., widow of Homer Collins, died Wednesday in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Hall Funeral Home; burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Huntington. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

ANNE MEINHART MORRIS, 87, of Ashland, Ky., widow of Orville J. Morris, died Wednesday at home. She was a former employee of Ashland Oil Inc. and C. H. Parsons Department Store. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Church; burial will follow at Ashland Cemetery. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home with scripture service at 7:30 p.m. Donations may be made to Community Hospice, 1538 Central Ave., Ashland, KY 41101 or Boyd Co. Animal Shelter, 1026 Bob McCullough Dr., Ashland, KY 41102.

EARL MAYNARD, 80, of Huntington, W.Va., husband of Mary Rose Maynard, died Thursday at his residence. Chapman’s Mortuary is in charge of arrangements which are incomplete at this time.

CHARLES "PaPa Joe" BENTLEY, 77, of Huntington, W.Va., husband of Viola M. Thacker Bentley, died Wednesday at the Huntington VA Medical Center. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Locust Grove Baptist Church; burial will follow in Cyrus Cemetery, Prichard. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Rollins Funeral Home, Kenova. RALPH EDWARD "TOM" LOVEJOY, 79, of Hamlin, W.Va., husband of Irma Johnson Lovejoy, died Wednesday at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was a former Lincoln County Sheriff and school bus driver. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday by American Legion Post 111 of Hamlin, W.Va., at Lovejoy Cemetery, Palermo, W.Va. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Enon Baptist Church PO Box 83 Salt Rock, WV 25559.

SAMUEL N. BARNES, 77, of Huntington, husband of Cecelia Maxwell Barnes, died Thursday at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was a corrugated Salesman. Chapman’s Mortuary is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete at this time.

SCOTT ROSS, 38, of Waterloo, Ohio, husband of Lisa Reaper Ross, died Wednesday at his residence. He was a heavy equipment operator for Grace Myers Excavating. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton, Ohio; burial will follow in Wilgus Fairview Cemetery. Visitation from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. DORIS M. SHOPE, 74, of South Point, Ohio, widow of James L. Shope, died Thursday at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Reger Funeral Chapel; burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, W.Va. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

MAXINE LOONEY EPLING LEWIS, 92, of Kenova, W.Va., widow of Frank James Epling and Walter Lewis, died Wednesday at Heartland of Riverview in South Point, Ohio. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home in Spencer, W.Va.; burial will follow in the Clover Cemetery, Clover. Visitation from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Kenova located at 12th and Poplar Streets and on Sunday at the John H. Taylor Funeral Home in Spencer from noon to 2 p.m.

JEAN CALHOUN YOUNG, 80, of Ashland, Ky., wife of Webb Young, died Thursday at the Hospice Care Center. She was a homemaker. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Steen Funeral Home, Marshall Steen Chapel; burial will follow in East Carter Memory Gardens. Visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
