Pops concert moved to Big Sandy arena
HUNTINGTON -- Saturday's Picnic With the Pops concert has been moved to the Big Sandy Superstore Arena due to the hot temperatures and possible rain showers.
The concert starts at 8 p.m. Saturday, July 20, with a the theme of Bond, Kimo Bond, which salutes action movies, including James Bond movies as well as Superman and Spiderman. The concert will also pay tribute to nurses by playing the U.S. Army Nurse Corps Song.
General admission tickets are $20, a few $40 reserved tickets remain and all tables are sold out. Kids ages 12 and under get in free. Picnic baskets are allowed with any legal beverages (wine/beer, etc.) also allowed. There are also arena concessions.
