Vegan cooking class set for 6 p.m. Thursday

HUNTINGTON -- The Wild Ramp is offering a Let's Cook class called Totally Tomato at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, at Creative Kitchens, 1242 5th Ave., Huntington.

It is a vegan cooking class taught by Jessica Long and features recipes such as Zucchini Pasta with Cheezy Tomato Sauce, Tofu in a Creamy Indian Tomato Sauce, and Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup. The class is meat, dairy, and egg free and dishes can be made in 30 minutes or less.

Cost is $25 per person. You must register by Tuesday, July 30.
