Ten jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Ten people were jailed on felony charges since Thursday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Charles Eugene Moore, 34, was incarcerated at 6:30 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with four counts of felony contempt and misdemeanor driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

David Russell Davis, 32, was incarcerated at 4:41 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Jacobs William Darrius, 20, was incarcerated at 4:10 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Antanio Marcilis, 20, was incarcerated at 4:10 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Pasha Nyeusi-Malik-Pasha-Bey Ellis, 37, was incarcerated at 3:30 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with a felony bench warrant, along with misdemeanor first-offense driving under the influence, driving on a suspended/revoked license and a bench warrant. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Brittany Ann Hale, 23, was incarcerated at 12:40 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with being a fugitive from justice and felony third-offense shoplifting. Bond was denied.

Aaron Dean Dewitt, 36, was incarcerated at 12:05 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with felony contempt. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Mandy Mae Leadman, 27, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with felony third-offense shoplifting, along with misdemeanor trespassing and a bench warrant. Bond was $15,500.

Courtney Alina White, 24, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Putnam County charged her with felony burglary and conspiracy. Bond was $75,000.

Eric Michael Spall, 27, was incarcerated Thursday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice and misdemeanor obstruction. Bond was denied.
