Ohio woman, teen arrested in thefts
PORTSMOUTH, Ohio -- An investigation into the thefts of four-wheelers and dirt bikes in Scioto County has led to the arrest of a Portsmouth area woman and a 17-year-old juvenile, according to the office of Scioto County Sheriff Marty V. Donini.
Pamela K. Nylund, 42, of the 600 block of Dunlap Road, Portsmouth, was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property, according to a news release. She was transported to the Scioto County Jail and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
The juvenile who lives at the same address, was transported to a juvenile detention center in Chillicothe.
Two stolen vehicles were recovered, according to the release.
The investigation is ongoing.
