Families enjoy free games, food during celebration

WAYNE -- The 15th annual Wayne County Kids Day celebrated children 5 and younger, as well as their families, at Wayne High School on Wednesday.

The health, safety and child development fair offered free games and activities, as well as lunch and door prizes to those who attended.

Parents and families had opportunities to link with agencies and organizations such as Branches Domestic Violence Shelters, Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council, Hoops Family Children's Hospital, Mountain State Healthy Families, St. Mary's Family Care, Success By Six/United Way of the River Cities and more.
