Five jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Five people were jailed on felony charges since Monday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.

Christopher Allyn Coyner, 46, was incarcerated at 1:10 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Misty Dawn Meadows, 33, was incarcerated at 1 a.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged her with felony operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Duane Christopher Dunlap, 37, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony operating/attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and an unspecified felony charge. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Patricia Coleen McFall, 43, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Mason County charged her with felony child neglect. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Daniel Robert Holt, 34, was incarcerated Monday evening. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and forgery, two counts of each charge, along with single misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended/revoked license, no insurance, expired registration and two counts of giving false information. Bond was $20,000.
