Four jailed on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Twelve people were booked Sunday morning at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville, four of them on felony charges.
Kevin Robert Montgomery, 46, faces a felony wanton endangerment charge out of Cabell County.

Jared Cody Holley, 22, faces a felony charge of unlawful wounding out of Cabell County.

Phillip Lee Miller, 25, faces charges out of Lincoln County, including one felony count of attempted burglary, two misdemeanor counts of trespassing, two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and two misdemeanor counts of assault.

Rodney James Rhodes, faces a felony charge of first degree sexual abuse out of Lincoln County.

All were awaiting arraignment on Sunday.
