WVU board to meet in search for interim president
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) — The West Virginia University Board of Governors is set to meet in its effort to find an interim president.
The board will meet Thursday in Morgantown.
President Jim Clements was named Clemson University’s 15th president on Nov. 11.
Last week the board agreed on a process to identify potential candidates for the interim post and authorized a search for a permanent president.
The board also decided the interim president wouldn’t be in line to get the job permanently.
