Four jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were jailed on felony charges since Wednesday evening, according to booking records kept at the Western Regional Jail.
Phillip Rice Stafford, 31, was incarcerated at 4 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with felony nighttime burglary, along with misdemeanor public intoxication and disturbance of a government process. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Robert Wayne Prince, 36, was incarcerated at 1:55 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony delivery of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor permitting driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Linda Gayle Griffith, 50, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with two counts of felony delivering a controlled substance.. Bond was $100,000.
Amiee Lee Burch, 30, was incarcerated Wednesday evening. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with three counts of felony forgery, along with a single count of misdemeanor possessing a controlled substance. Bond was $63,400.
