THELMA MAXINE BAYLESS, 88, formerly of Huntington, W.Va., widow of Lloyd Bayless, died Aug. 26 at home in Frisco, Texas. Graveside services will be 2 p.m., Monday, Springhill Cemetery, Huntington. DR. ROSALIA “SALLY” GALVEZ, 84, of Huntington, W.Va., mother of Jimmy Galvez, died Aug. 4 in Cabell Huntington Hospital.   She was a retired psychiatrist with Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital and Prestera.  A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Beverly Hills United Methodist Church.
