MABEL H. CARTER, 95, formerly of Huntington, W.Va., widow of Leo W. Carter, died Dec. 10 in Laurels of Worthington, Ohio, where she was residing. She was a retired Postmaster from the Ranger (W.Va.) MARY LOU KEENEY SMITH of Virginia Beach, Va., formerly of Chesapeake, Ohio died December 4, 2012. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Eva Schneider Keeney. She was preceded in death by her husband James E. Smith, four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by two daughters, Theresa Edwartoski and Anna Smith. Mary Lou was a Chesapeake High School graduate, Class of 1951. Funeral services were conducted December 8, 2012 in Virginia Beach, Va.
