Four jailed overnight on felony charges

The following information was provided by the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville:

Antonio Davon Brown, 25, was incarcerated at 4:10 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with wanton endangerment and carrying a concealed weapon without a license. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Stephanie Danielle Smith, 29, was incarcerated at 5:05 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with attempted burglary and two misdemeanors counts, a capias and obstructing. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Scott Alan Vaughan, 41, was incarcerated at 6:50 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with wanton endangerment. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Everett Justin Smith, 32, was incarcerated at 6:50 a.m. Friday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with malicious assault and wounding and battery. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
