JOHN WESLEY CHAPMAN, 89, of Gallatin, Tenn., formerly of Huntington, died Dec. 1. Visitation will be conducted from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, with the funeral service immediately following. The burial service will take place at Ridgelawn Memorial Park with military graveside rites conducted by American Legion Post No. 139 and the West Virginia Honor Guard. JOHN SIMPSON DILLARD, 86, of Gallipolis, Ohio, died Dec. 3 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. He was a coal miner. ANNE MAE DONOHUE, 82, of Point Pleasant, W.Va., died Dec. 4 at Pleasant Valley Hospital. There will be no visitation. Funeral services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Deal Funeral Home is assisting the family.

LOUELLA LYNN ESQUE, 51, of South Point, Ohio, wife of Daniel Esque, died Dec. 4 at her residence. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville, Ohio, is assisting the family.

CAROLYN JEAN GOOD LAMBERT of Kenova died Nov. 29 following a brief illness. She was a teacher at Kenova Elementary School. A private graveside service was held earlier in the week. SISTER M. CELESTE (Mary Lee) LYNCH, SAC, 88, a member of the Pallottine Missionary Sisters, died Dec. 2 at St. Mary’s Convent Infirmary, Huntington. She was a former director of St. Mary’s School of Nursing. Mass of Resurrection will take place at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at Our Lady of Fatima Church. Visitation from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at St. Mary’s Medical Center Chapel.
