Secretary of State's office open Dec. 31
CHARLESTON -- The West Virginia Secretary of State's office will be open Monday, Dec. 31.
The Business and Licensing Division will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist business owners who need to file end-of-year paperwork before the Dec. 31 deadline. To contact the Business and Licensing Division, call (304) 558-8000.
The other divisions of the Secretary of State's Office -- the Elections Division and Administrative Law Division -- will close at noon on Dec. 31. The entire office will be closed on Jan. 1, 2013.
