GREENUP, Ky. -- Four people were arrested Thursday in connection with a five-year-old murder investigation.

In a press release Thursday, Greenup County Sheriff Keith M. Cooper said Greenup County deputies along with Kentucky State Police officers and deputies with the Lewis County Sheriff's Department executed felony arrest warrants obtained as part of the investigation into the murders of Jeffrey Clinton Long and Pamela Lee Wills.

Chrissie Bertram-Royster, 23, Sammy E. Bertram, 22, and Willie Burns, 23, each were charged with two counts of capital murder, one count of robbery, one count of arson and one count of tampering with physical evidence.

Ashley N. Craft, 23, also of Garrison, was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery.

All four were incarcerated at the Greenup County Detention Center on Thursday, where they were being held without bond.
