Woman reports $2,800 stolen in debit card fraud

The following information was provided by reports filed with the Huntington Police Department:

FRAUDULENT USE OF CREDIT CARD: A 75-year-old woman reported someone used her debit card to make $2,825.55 in transactions between Jan. 14 and Tuesday. The woman said she let someone she knows borrow the card because that person claimed to need to purchase medicine for a child, but that person claimed to have no money. Police have a suspect.

BURGLARY: A 43-year-old man reported someone forced entry into a home in the 1200 block of 25th Street sometime overnight Tuesday and took $8,150 in electronics and $300 in athletic equipment.

The following information was provided by booking records at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville:

Travis Boling, 33, was incarcerated at 3:45 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony grand larceny. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

David Lynn Darst, 38, was incarcerated at 3:10 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with two counts of felony nighttime burglary. Bond was $100,000.

Joshua Shane Kimble, 35, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with felony conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor littering. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

Rhonda Leann Null, 32, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged her with felony conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, along with misdemeanor littering. Bond was denied pending arraignment.

James Matthew Ross, 28, was incarcerated Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with felony delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was $20,000.
