State Police investigating armed robbery at dollar store
HUNTINGTON --The West Virginia State Police is investigating an armed robbery at a Huntington Dollar General store.
The incident was reported around 8:30 p.m. Monday at the Dollar General in the Eastern Heights Shopping Center near U.S. 60 and Norway Avenue.
Cabell County 911 dispatchers referred calls to the state police, but a dispatcher at the barracks said at 10:15 p.m. that troopers were still on the scene.
No further details were available at press time.
