Wayne pair charged with child abuse

Purchase this photoHUNTINGTON -- A Wayne County couple remains incarcerated on child abuse charges.
Donald Earl Hannah, 55, and Linda Lou Hannah, 50, were incarcerated at the Western Regional Jail on Wednesday after they were charged with the abuse of a child living in their home.
Donald Hannah was charged with incest, child neglect and child abuse with risk of serious injury. His bond was set at $150,000.
Linda Hannah was charged with child neglect and child abuse with risk of serious injury. Her bond was set at $100,000.
