Search warrant issued at Ashland novelties shop
ASHLAND -- No arrests have been made following issuance of a search warrant earlier this week at the Dark Wing novelties shop at 514 29th St., said Major Todd Kelley of the Ashland Police Department.
Police served a search warrant about 6 p.m. Wednesday and confiscated a number of materials, Kelley said.
"We're still going through the materials," he said. "We've been working with the commonwealth's attorney's service all day. We've been reviewing the statutes on synthetic drugs."
