Two arrested on drug charges in Ashland
ASHLAND -- Two people were arrested Thursday on drug charges, and a woman was charged with hindering prosecution in the case, according to a news release from the Boyd County sheriff's department.
Clarence L. Wilkerson, 24, and Abdul M. Wilkerson, 23, of the 2000 block of Dalton Avenue, were charged with trafficking in crack cocaine and were transported to the Boyd County Detention Center in Catlettsburg. An undisclosed amount of narcotics and cash was recovered by authorities about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, according to the release.
Alexandra T. Quinn, 20, of Kemp Avenue, Ironton, was arrested on a charge of hindering prosecution. She is accused of trying to lie to deputies about the name of a person on an arrest warrant, according to the release.
