Many attend traditional business after hours event

Dec. 06, 2012 @ 12:00 AM

HUNTINGTON -- The Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual Holiday Business After Hours Thursday at City National Bank.

The Business After Hours event is often the best attended of the year, said Mark Bugher, president and CEO of the Chamber.

"It's considered a tradition -- the Chamber's annual holiday get-together," Bugher said. "I have people tell me often it's their favorite one."

The event features hors d'oeuvres, live entertainment, holiday decor and more.

City National Bank has been hosting the holiday event for many years and has done such a good job that the Chamber has borrowed some of its ideas for all its Business After Hours functions.

"It's helped us raise the quality of all our Business After Hours," Bugher said.
