Two jailed on felony charges
BARBOURSVILLE — Two people were jailed on felony charges since Sunday evening at the Western Regional Jail, according to booking records.
Darren Keith Midkiff, 19, was incarcerated at 12:15 a.m. Monday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with felony child abuse with injury by parent or guardian, along with misdemeanor domestic battery and giving police false information. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
Honey Lynn Bevins, 35, was incarcerated at 7:15 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with four counts of felony possession with intent to deliver. Bond was denied pending arraignment.
