September 03, 2010 @ 10:50 AM

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (AP) — From homemade fritis to “La Tarantella,” it’s all Italian in Clarksburg this weekend as the Harrison County city hosts the 32nd annual West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival.

The festival begins Friday and continues through Sunday.

The Exponent Telegram reports that entertainment will include Italian country singer Angelo, vocalist Rudy Amato, “American Idol” season-one runner-up Justin Guarini and 1960s pop/soul artist Mitch Ryder and his band The Detroit Wheels.

Vendors will sale pasta, hoagies, Italian ice, T-shirts, jewelry, handbags and heritage memorabilia.
